This policy explains how personal data may be handled when you contact Webbull Studio directly or use an active contact form.
Scope
This policy covers enquiries sent by email and, once form delivery is enabled, enquiries sent through the contact form. It does not cover third-party websites that may be linked from this website.
Data we handle
For an enquiry, we may handle your name, email address, and the content of your message. Please do not send special-category or other sensitive personal data through the form or by email.
Purpose and legal basis
We use enquiry data only to read, answer, and follow up on your message. Where an enquiry concerns a potential project, the basis is taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). For general enquiries, the basis is the legitimate interest in responding to them (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Reading this policy is an acknowledgement, not marketing consent.
Service providers and transfers
When the contact form is active, its message is handled by a self-hosted form endpoint and delivered to an email inbox through Resend. Resend may process email addresses, message metadata, and message content in the United States. Resend publishes a GDPR Data Processing Addendum and transfer safeguards for this processing.
Retention
Enquiries are kept for six months after the last exchange, then deleted. This may be longer when an enquiry becomes a project or when retention is required by law.
Website settings and fonts
The website stores your language preference as webbull-lang in your browser's local storage. It holds only en or bg and does not leave your browser. The website also loads Google Fonts; Google may receive technical request data, including your IP address, to deliver the fonts. The website does not use analytics, advertising, marketing, or profiling.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. To exercise a right, email sales@webbull.studio.

If you believe that personal data has been handled unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP) at cpdp.bg. You can also contact us first at sales@webbull.studio.
